Integrity has no need of rules ” - Albert Camus

I have my whole life from the moment I left school at 16 been searching and seeking through new experiences.  What was I looking for? I was looking for myself, to discover my true self, to find meaning in a world that I never understood and that I felt never really understood me. I guess I was searching for my place in the world, a place of belonging and contentment. Have I found it? Well...I have found something but whether or not it gets any better than this I have no idea but its pretty good right now. Lets discover more of what makes us happy together.

I am passionate about getting real and living from the heart.
My aim is to be a living expression of authentic truth.
('work in progress')

It all started in 2003 when I walked my first Pilgrimage from London to Santiago in Spain.  Walking alone across Europe for 3 months really gave me time to be with myself.

I studied Psycho-synthesis psychotherapy for several years, worked out that PSYCHO-therapy was not my passion. I trained and practiced Rebirthing Breathwork for several years in my 20's before discovering Family Constellations.

For about 11 years I followed, assisted and organised workshops for Osho Therapist Svagito Leibermeister in Family Constellation.
During this time I also studied and qualified in Somatic Experiencing as well as assisting International training modules in the S.E. field.
I also trained in the field of International Systemic Constellation Association with various teachers there including Jan Jacob Stam, Fran Mason Boring & others.

I then spent 5 years training and following Daan Van Kampenhout in Systemic Ritual which is an approach to healing which integrates Family Constellations with shamanic healing practices.  I continue to take input from this field.  I have in recent years been inspired by Circling, Zen Coaching and Relational Presence, all of which have helped to shape my developing work.

I live between London & Norfolk.  I look forward to connecting with you.
