Channelled through Constellation

I am that which is unexpressed, held and hidden.
I am that which is protected at all costs,
that which needs to be seen but never is,
I am several generations of pain expressed through the uncontrollable rage of an innocent.
I am the rock that holds the mountain,
the feather that fuels the flight of the flock,
the grain of sand which conducts the symphony of all tides.
I am about to break, bursting at the seams, my fragile body can’t contain this much pain,
so I sink into corners and speak in tongues,
I scream at the earth and I run burning from the scorching heat of the raging Sun.
Because no-one else will look, I do it for love.
There is nothing you can do, so please leave me alone.
