How are workshops structured? What can you expect?
Whether workshops are online or in person the orientation of our workshops is fully experiential. Using meditation, sharing circle technology, body awareness, pair work and small group exercises, we will deepen into a field of presence together. The work I offer is fully trauma informed. It is not therapy but it is certainly grounded in and supported by a diverse family of therapeutic principles. The aim of the work is bridging the realms of therapy and meditation. Living Tantra. If you are open to having a deep experience of yourself and growing in awareness then this is the work for you.
Discovering A Deeper Truth
'Surrendering to what is'
The way things look on the surface of things is often very different to how they really are underneath. The conscious mind often gets identified in ideas and narratives about one’s own personal truth which are false. When we begin listening to the unconscious reality of things, then possibilities for healing often begin to emerge. Often whatever we think the truth of our personal situation is, the opposite is true. So this way of looking deeper has a tendency to challenge our preconceptions about ourselves.
There is a culture in therapeutic/healing fields of working for change. In this work we orient to the experience of meditation. In this workshop we are engaging in the practice of being present with deeper truth, without attempting to change anything. This work is simply about surrendering to what is at the deeper level and trusting in the transformational qualities of awareness.
We will open exercises for creating emotional safety so that we can all look a little deeper at what is real and true. Learning to show up to deeper truths about ourselves with a greater degree of presence and grace.
There will be some Satsang, some exercises in pairs and some space to work through personal issues in the whole group.

Vulnerability Is Truth
‘Feeling safe in relationship’
NEXT Online workshop: TBC
Learning to embrace and internalize the experience of feeling safe is the key to truly being ourselves and finding an authentic and effortless expression of who we are in this life. We are conditioned into believing that expressing vulnerability is a weakness and something that we should supress at all costs, when in reality finding a deep enough feeling of safety to be able to make our vulnerability transparent is the pathway to healing trauma and realizing our true potential.
An integral part of finding a deeper degree of experienced safety in relation to the other is in the honouring of our survival parts. The parts of us that for so many years have kept us protected during times of overwhelm, difficulty and trauma. In the process of slowing down and honouring these aspects of who we are, we gain a greater access to healing states of consciousness and a deeper connection with who we really are.
Eventually being honest about how messy we are and how many issues we have becomes a kind of joy, a freedom, an aliveness. This work is about being human, getting real and realizing the beautiful mess that we are.
What you will get from this workshop?
- Learn how to slow down enough to be able to feel yourself
- Become more joyfully honest about who you are
- Safe space for being with whatever unresolved pains are holding you back in life
- Begin dropping the masks & roles. Become a more real and authentic human being

Letting The Field Speak
Next Workshop: TBC
One of the essential tasks of leading and facilitation is creating a safe space for people to be heard and seen in some way. Safety is perceived through the voice of the leader, as leaders when our voice resonates in the heart then those listening also gain access to their heart’s voice and feelings of deep safety and permission to be totally real. When a leader’s voice resonates in survival energy without the honesty and humility about what they are going through to soften the space, then this also triggers the listeners into survival energy and ego resistance. So in this work I lead with my vulnerability out in the open. This truth challenges conventional approaches to leadership across different stratospheres, often there is the idea that exposing our 'weaknesses' is not OK, the idea that as leaders we should be somehow invisible and impersonal. I believe heart centred integrity has no need of rules and that when we truly take the risk of exposing ourselves to the whole listening field, the wisdom of the field can really begin to speak & operate through us in all our relations.
Most of our daily communication and expression happens out of our minds, plans, ideas, narratives and stories. The mind cloaks our deeper truth in various identities but what happens when we begin really letting our hearts speak? What happens when we get out of the way and begin allowing the wisdom of the field to speak through us? Moving us beyond the fear of the past and standing tall in our love and passion for this life? This is the core enquiry that underpins the intention and purpose of this movement. Space to practice surrendering to what is and what wants to happen free of the mind.
What you will get from this workshop?
- Confidence to allow more often the wisdom of your heart to shine through in all your relations
- Begin transitioning out of the paradigm of needing something from others in order to be authentically you and towards the paradigm of recognizing the safety of being alive in this moment right now.
- A safe supportive structure to practice letting the wisdom of the field speak through you.
- Begin dropping the masks and roles and become a more real and authentic human being, in your life and as a leader.
